Welcome to your 15-minute guided morning meditation. Find a comfortable seated position, close your eyes, and take a moment to settle into your body. Let's begin.
Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs with fresh, invigorating air. Exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension or stress from the previous day.
Shift your attention to the present moment. Notice the sensation of your body sitting in the chair or on the floor. Feel the weight of your body grounding you to the earth. Allow yourself to relax and let go.
Bring your awareness to your heart center. Place your hand on your heart, feeling its gentle rise and fall with each breath. With each inhale, imagine love and gratitude filling your heart. With each exhale, release any negative emotions or self-doubt.
Imagine a bright, golden light entering the crown of your head, flowing down through your body, and filling every cell with healing and positive energy. Visualize this light expanding, radiating out from your heart, and enveloping your entire being.
Set an intention for your day. Visualize yourself achieving your goals, being in a state of joy and abundance, and radiating love and compassion to others. See yourself living your best life.
Focus on your breath. Inhale deeply through your nose, counting to four, and hold for a moment. Exhale slowly through your mouth, counting to six. Repeat this deep breathing pattern, allowing each breath to relax and calm you.
Bring your attention to your body. Scan from head to toe, noticing any areas of tension or discomfort. Send your breath and intention to those areas, allowing them to soften and release.
Take a moment to express gratitude for this new day. Think of three things you are grateful for and allow the feeling of gratitude to fill your entire being.
Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment. Wiggle your fingers and toes, gently stretch your body, and open your eyes.
Take a moment to reflect on the peaceful and centered state you've cultivated during this meditation. Carry this sense of calm and intention with you throughout your day. Remember that you have the power to create the life you desire. Embrace the possibilities and make each moment count. May you experience a day filled with joy, clarity, and positive energy.
