Body oxygen & relaxation test

Body oxygen check is the simplest way to measure body oxygenation level and general relaxation level, which is the single most important indicator of your general health.

Before start, completely relax all your muscles, including the breathing muscles. This relaxation produces natural spontaneous exhalation (breathing
out).

While following instructions, hold your breath until you experience first desire to breathe.

When you release breath hold and start breathing again, you should be able to resume your usual breathing pattern (breathing rhythm
as prior to the test).

Do not extend breath holding for too long trying to increase the result. You should not gasp for air or open your mouth when you release
your breath hold. The test should be easy and not cause you any stress!
